Spectacular light and spacious luxury loft apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, roof terrace and two entrances. This particular apartment has been completely renovated in 2016 to be the epitome of modern luxury with an industrial raw edge.
No effort has been spared and the highest quality materials have been used to create an unusually stylish apartment where the feel of New York in Amsterdam is the main theme.

The power floated concrete floors, visible wooden ceilings and beams give the industrial, urban feel while the plastered walls with velvet stucco, stone kitchen worktops and luxurious (dimmable) mounted lighting set the tone of soft comfort.
Underfloor heating operated with a "nest" module in installed throughout the apartment.

Incidentally, the apartment is suitable for sharing or even to rent out a part: the upper floor has its own entrance and also partly it’s’own own piping.

The roof terrace is of course the icing on the cake, reached by a gentle sloped staircase lazy in the general stairwell or through the second entrance door and is about 30 m2.

You reach the apartment hrough the common staircase on the 3rd floor, where you enter the hall on which the kitchen, master bedroom and toilet at border.
The master bedroom overlooks the water and greenery of the Lijnbaansgracht. Next to the balcony you’ll find the luxurious bathroom with freestanding bath, walk-in shower with built-in (rain) shower and easy drain. Even the designer sink follows the style of the apartment completely and is equipped with a built faucet.

Around the corner behind the bedroom finally found the walk in closet, where space is made for a washing machine, no more lugging the laundry around the house.

You enter the livingroom through the kitchen, this is done is classic black with a beautiful stone blade. The kitchen is equipped with a 6-burner gas stove, convection oven, Quooker faucet, dishwasher and automatic open-close cabinet doors. This will open when you give them a push and pull themselves close when you have your hands full. Next to the balcony is a woodburning fireplace.

The living room is very light and spacious partly due to the high ceiling and the row of six windows. In the evening the ceiling and wall lights take over the role of the sun and ensure a good spread pleasant warm light.

The stairs to the bedrooms and roofterrace ar at the back of the livingroom.

In the bedroom-floor you will find two spacious bedrooms both overlooking the Weteringschans with their own bathroom. Here too, the beams are left exposed.
The bathroom in the hall is equipped with a toilet, shower and a sink with built faucet.

You reach the terrace by crossing the common corridor , which is angled at the evening sun, a lovely cozy spot to have an evening dinner or drink..

In summary, a cosmopolitan loft for the connoisseur.

neighborhood information

This area is known as the quiet part of Amsterdam Centrum. Amsterdam East is an environmentally friendly area with canals and important cultural buildings. These characteristics make this part of Amsterdam ideal as a residential area. Unlike downtown this area consists of many young couples who are starting with their careers. East and the eastern islands and the old harbor-area is still relatively vacant, but that will change in the upcoming years with the Weesper- and Plantagebuurt still in development.
