Rijsenhout is one of the 26 residential centres in the municipality of Haarlemmermeer. It is a green village not far from Aalsmeer. Residents of Rijsenhout are therefore oriented towards Aalsmeer and also towards Hoofddorp and Nieuw Vennep, which have larger shopping centres and railway stations. Rijsenhout is an ideal location for people who frequently board flights at Schiphol. The airport is about ten minutes away by car. Daily necessities can be obtained at Rijsenhoutís centre, which has a large supermarket, a good bakerís shop and other retail outlets. This shop/house is located in the row of shops.
The house and shop cannot be purchased separately.
The shop has a front of approximately six metres and an area of approximately 75 m≤. In addition, there is a day centre and a storage area with an overhead door at the back. This storage area makes it easy to supply the shop.
The house is located on the first and second floors and can be reached from the shop. The corridor on the first floor leads to the bathroom, which has a bathtub and a toilet, and to the bright living room with a simple half open kitchen. The large southwest-facing terrace at the back, which can be reached through a sliding door, is a real bonus. There is a storage shed at the end of the terrace that could be used as a guest room or bedroom for a teenage child. The corridor on the second floor leads to three (bed)rooms.
