LOCATION:
The Weesperzijde is located on the east bank of the river Amstel. This leafy street is characterised by 19th century historic and listed buildings. Along the quay you will find many renowned cafés and restaurants, such as Hesp, the Ysbreker, Girassol and Weesper, and most of them have a wonderful outdoor terrace by the water. At approximately 100 metres there is the recently opened restaurant Côte Wispe, and just around the corner is Benji's, a great place for coffee or lunch. You can go running along the Amstel, and there is swimming and fitness centre around the corner in the Vondelgym Oost on the Wibautstraat. There is parking in front of the house (permit required, according to the municipality website there is currently no waiting list), and it will take only a few minutes to reach the A10 ring road.

LAYOUT OF THE HOUSE:
Entrance hall with an amazing, large open plan living area with kitchen. The high ceiling (2.98 m!!) will immediately give you a wonderful sense of space. The meter cupboard, toilet and cloakroom are cleverly hidden in the design. The back garden can be reached through the double French patio doors.
