The Vondelparkbuurt is a neighbourhood between the Overtoom and the Vondelpark. This area has an appealing residential area with several big houses on favorable locations. The housing prices are high but that doesn’t stop many people from settling down in this part of Amsterdam. The neighbourhood has a lot of inhabitants with a high income level, and a low percentage of ethnic people. The most western part of this neighbourhood the Zochterstraat and the Frederikstraat can be compared with the Cremerbuurt.
