The Omval-van der Kunbuurt consists of two small neighbourhoods. The van der Kunbuurt lies between the Amstelstation , the railroad, the Ringdijk and the Amstel. This neighbourhood is the smallest one in East-Amsterdam. The Omval lies at the southern part of this city area and is varied. This neighbourhood lies between the Amstel and the Amstelstation. The houses were built during 1977 and can be categorized as big houses. This area is however, is dominated by big offices, which makes this area an ideal office location.
