This splendid canal house called “Overnes” dates from 1625. It is a well-maintained, beautiful national monument with authentic details. Situated in the very special historic centre of Amsterdam on the edge of the Jordaan. The sunny building has a living area of 252 m² (NEN). Layout:

The building is located on a beautiful bend of the Prinsengracht opposite the Westertoren and the Anne Frank House. In the vicinity there are the numerous shops and cafes of the Jordaan, the Noordermarkt with the organic market on Saturday and the `9 Straatjes'. Central Station is a 10-minute walk away and trains, trams, buses and metros depart from there in all directions. Major roads serving Amsterdam are easily accessible by car.
