Accessibility and parking:
The accessibility of this apartment is unique in Amsterdam. Within 15 minutes you are by bike or tram 2 in the center, via the Heemstedestraat stop, almost in front of the door. Metro line 50, stop Heemstedestraat, is on the other side of the road so NS station Zuid can be reached in 6 minutes. NS station Lelylaan is within walking distance or 1 stop by metro. BY railway station Lelylaan or NS-station Zuid it is a maximum of 20 minutes from the front door of the apartment to the check-in desk at Schiphol. Parking is done on public roads by permit system (no waiting time on 1 March 2018). More information about obtaining a permit can be gotten via the website of the municipality of Amsterdam. For visitors there is paid parking (from 9 am to 7 pm) with the exception of Sunday. There is enough parking next to and around the complex.
You can park your bike or scooter in the private storage room in the basement or under a continuously lit roof on the north side of the complex (with CCTV) or on public parking spaces on the other side of the street.
The Association of Owners called 'VvE Maassluisstraat 18 to 106 in Amsterdam' comprises 45 apartment rights. The administration is professionally done by an administrator and the monthly service costs are € 231, - including an advance on the heating costs of € 67, -.
