FORMER INSURANCE BUILDING

Keizersgracht 213 dates back to 1910 and is designed in a neo-classicist style by H.J.M. Walenkamp commissioned by J.C. Schulmayer. In 1918-1919 the building

was rebuilt profoundly, with the front façade being completely rationalized again.

The architect at the time was P.H. From Niftrik and his client was F.A. Sorel, Director of N.V. 'The Globe', Office for Exploitation of Offices. In the

converted property were offices and a concierge house for the benefit of an insurance company. The work was performed by De Kondor.

A 10 meter facade width and the tough appearance of a distinctly old bank building are the first features of this amazing monumental building on the

Keizersgracht.

LOCATION

Metropolitan living on one of the main canals of UNESCO heritage. On the Keizersgracht on a part without houseboats and with a beautiful view of Onze
Lieve Vrouwenkerk and Westertoren. A popular section of the canal near the 9 Streets, with walking distance to the Jordaan. Various caterers, Marqt and the

AH are within walking distance.

Via the Rozengracht there is a good and direct access to the Ring. At the Rozengracht there are stops for tram lines 10, 13, 14 and 17 and various bus lines.

STYLISH

For the purpose of LOFT No.1, a spectacular design was made by Architectal firm PuurFlow. The design provides a playful and thoughtful layout that matches

the living requirements of this time. The apartment is still in shell condition. In consultation with the developer and contractor, the design, within the

limits of law and regulation, can still be changed to personal preferences. The contractual sum has provisional sums.

The design of the apartment has three bedrooms in addition to a complete master unit.

The master is quietly situated in the garden and has a spacious walk-in / dressing and a sleeping area adjacent to the garden.
En suite is the bath room designed with a double walk-in shower, bath and double sink. The bathroom has a large skylight.

The three other bedrooms are located on the entresol and each bedroom has a private bathroom. Beautiful steel poles and the atrium provide daylight and

ventilation.

SANITARY

The design has designed different bathrooms and toilets. All facilities for placing the sanitary facilities are included in the contractual sum.

On the canal side is a cellar which is accessible internally via a staircase. The room is initially a wine cellar and naturally cool.
