You can reach the apartment on the third floor using the communal staircase, the meter box can also be accessed via the staircase. There is an entrance hall, with fixed cupboards for central heating boiler and additional storage. The spacious living room is situated at the front of the building and has double sliding doors with access to the balcony (northwest). From here, you have a fantastic view across the canal. The other rooms can be reached through the living room.
The fully tiled bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, wash stand and connection for washing machine.
At the back is one big and one smaller bedroom. The smaller bedroom and the kitchen provide access to the terrace at the back of the apartment. Here you can enjoy the sun until late afternoon.
The kitchen is equipped with various built-in equipment such as a 4 burner gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer and a dishwasher.
The apartment also has a storage area, situated in the basement.
