It is a house to love, because for us it was once love at first sight. Our children were raised here, many of their friends visited in all age phases: in the age of the primary school for the spacious and safe playground that the Amstelveld has to offer. In the secondary school period because of the central location; for the same reason when they were students and also because of the hospitable atmosphere of the house with its spacious accommodation options - and even now still for the same reasons, just like with our own friends.
The garage and the workplace (studio) can be reached both by means of an electric overhead door and a wicket door. The ground floor features a cast floor. The garage now offers space to one car and multiple bicycles. The studio area is located at the back and separated from the front by a separation wall that can be easily removed. This allows you to create a space suitable for parking two to three cars. The central heating set-up and the hot water supply, as well as the separate area for the washing machine and the scullery are located on the ground floor.
When you walk upstairs, you will immediately notice the special ornamental ceiling. Landing, separate toilet with washbasin. The kitchen diner is located at the front and comes with a lovely view on the Amstelveld. This space has a special beam ceiling, a location for the fireplace and a massive oak floor. The kitchen is set up in a corner layout and comes with various appliances including a Boretti stove, stainless steel extraction hood and a spacious wash-up part with beautiful freestone countertop.
